I Have examine somewhere else which i can regulate the global defaults for the file by about to File>Choices>Proofing>AutoCorrect Possibilities and unchecking the two checkboxes connected to AutoFit for Title and Text. Having said that, when I return to editing my file, the autofit effect remains existing.
